I'm curious as to how many people have this kind of habit. When I'm really mad or really nurvous, I eat absolutely nothing at all, but when I'm really depressed and sad and stuff, I eat a lot. Do any of you guys have this habit?

I did that a lot too, especially when I was depressed and bored, because I had nothing to do and thought food would someho help me overcome this. Now I try not to do this and usually keep my hends busy when I feel this way, so they wouldn't reach food.

Yes, I am like that, too. When I am bored, I cannot stop looking for food to eat, even though I know I'm not really hungry. When I'm really nervous, or my stomach is tied up in knots, it's impossible to eat. I supposed I should be nervous more, maybe I could lost weight.

When I'm upset, depressed, homesick or disturbed about something, I can't eat. Like, a bite of somethign makes me feel sick. But I never eat a lot when I feel a certain way. But that's just because I'm weird.

I am a fussy eater most of the time but when I am bored, depressed or got nothing to do I eat the wrong things mostly chocolate. Some times I go and stroke the dog instead.

I eat much all the time. Lol but yeah I eat more when I am depressed. Soemtimes when I am nervous I don't eat much, but there is no way I eat nothing at all.

I eat all the time to. Some times when I am upset I will stop eating for a while but not for long. I gues it is on my dad's side of the family, even if any of is ill we still eat. We would have to be dead to not eat. Hahahaha.

I know this board hasnt been posted to in a long time, but I figured I'd write anyway. I tend not to eat when I'm really stressed, particularly when I'm adjusting to something new. So of course that means I've been eating like crap recently, having just moved, started a new job, etc. However, when I get bored, or when it's about 10:00 at night, then I get the numchies, and reach for the wrong stuff. Sometimes I try to keep a bowl of grapes, or other bite-sized healthy thing around. Grapes are good because you can eat them by your computer and not make a mess, and they are healthy for you.

I had that habbit both when I was at college and also now when I'm at home on my own all, fucking, day with the acception of weekends when mum's home and I can get out of the house. However, this habbit has it's drawbacks. You pile on about five or six stone (another 100 odd pounds) as I found out.

I wouldn't say I eat all the time, but I'm willing to admit that I'm one of those late-night eaters. I eat whatever is handy, whether that be cookies, leftover pizza, or chocolate.
